Return of online orders

If goods are found damaged on receipt please contact us immediately to arrange a return.

You can return products for any other reason within 14 days of receipt of the order providing the product is in its original condition and packaging but you will bear the cost of returning the goods suitably re-packaged and insured; please obtain proof of posting when returning your order.

You must inform us in writing if you are returning your item via including your order number name and postcode.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your parcel as proof of purchase and a written reason for the return. Without this a refund will not be possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All labels and ticketing attached to the products must be in place and returned as found on the product.

The cost of the product will be refunded within 14 working days of the receipt of the return.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non refundable.
  • Items returned outside the time parameters outlined above are non refundable.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds take up to 14 working days to appear on your account. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you wish to you can return the item as outlined in our ‘Return of online orders‘ section above.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver on the card they originally paid with.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to to following address: Homebarn Interiors, Wilton Farm, Marlow Road, Little Marlow, UK, SL7 3RR You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
