To help ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask that a capable adult is available to assist the driver with larger furniture items where required. Delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance of your property.

Delivery Information
This item is too large, heavy or fragile to be delivered by standard parcel courier, so it will be sent using a door-to-door furniture courier.
This is a one-person delivery service to just inside the threshold of your home. Please ensure a strong helper is available on the day of delivery to assist the courier with moving the item from the van or lorry to your doorway.
The courier will not be able to carry furniture up or down steps to access your property. Once delivery has taken place, you will need to unpack the item where required and move it from your doorway to its final position in your home.
Delivery is added at checkout and you will be able to view the charge before completing your order.
