Our beautifully simple large marble plates each bear the marks of the craftsman who carved each one. There are tool marks and makers marks evident on the surface of each plate. Each plate features wonderful varying shades and tones to the marble - making each one completely unique.

Made from a single piece of solid stone these plates would normally be used as decorative item, and would look stunning on a kitchen counter or sideboard. However they are perfectly suitable for serving fruit or dried food. We would suggest that you line the plate with greaseproof paper or parchment before serving oily food such as charcuterie and cheese.
