Most mainland UK furniture deliveries are completed within 7–14 working days of placing your order.
Once your order has been received, we'll confirm everything by email before our delivery partner contacts you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Our specialist furniture delivery service is carried out by a dedicated one-person furniture courier.
To help ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask that a capable adult is available to assist the driver with larger furniture items where required. Delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance of your property.
Many of our customers find this service quick, efficient and an excellent value option for larger furniture deliveries.
PREMIUM TWO-PERSON DELIVERY / ASSEMBLY
For complete peace of mind, we also offer a premium two-person delivery / assembly service on many of our larger furniture pieces.
Our experienced team will carefully deliver your furniture, position it in the room of your choice and professionally assemble it where applicable, leaving you free to simply enjoy your new purchase.

SELF-ASSEMBLY
Some furniture, including selected dining tables, is supplied flat-packed to ensure safe transportation. Where self-assembly is required, comprehensive instructions and all necessary fittings are included, making assembly straightforward.

Crafted from beautifully reclaimed solid American oak, our Reclaimed Oak Extending Dining Table combines the warmth and character of aged timber with the versatility of a thoughtfully designed extending table. Substantial in proportion yet elegantly understated, it is a timeless centrepiece for everyday family dining and larger gatherings.
Rich in natural grain, texture and subtle tonal variation, the oak retains the distinctive knots and historic markings of timber that has already lived a life. A substantial cross-frame base lends architectural character, while the simple, considered design sits beautifully within both contemporary and traditional interiors.
Measuring 220cm in its standard configuration, the table comfortably seats eight people. When more room is needed, two extension leaves, discreetly stored beneath the tabletop, allow it to extend to an impressive 350cm, comfortably seating up to twelve.
Finished with a durable, barely visible matt varnish, the tabletop retains the natural beauty and tactile character of reclaimed oak while benefiting from a practical protective finish suited to everyday living.

Natural Timber Character
Each table is newly handcrafted from genuine reclaimed oak, so variations in grain, colour, knots, texture and historic markings are to be expected and celebrated. These are inherent characteristics of the timber rather than faults, giving every table its own individual character.
The photographs are a fair representation of the overall colour, design and finish you can expect.
Finish & Care
The durable matt varnish provides practical protection without disguising the oak's natural appearance. However, as with all solid timber furniture, some care is recommended.
Use coasters and placemats, avoid placing hot or wet items directly onto the surface and wipe spills promptly. Clean with a soft, lightly damp cloth and avoid chemical or abrasive cleaners.
Over time, subtle signs of everyday use will become part of the table's natural patina.

Important – Updated Oak Colour
On 19 September 2026, we introduced a slightly paler, more natural oak finish.
The table's design and construction remain unchanged. If you viewed this table in our Marlow showroom before this date, please refer to the current product photographs, which show the revised colour.
