Larger, heavier or more delicate pieces are delivered by our trusted specialist furniture couriers, who are experienced in transporting quality furniture with the care and attention it deserves.

Most mainland UK furniture deliveries are completed within 7–14 working days of placing your order.
Once your order has been received, we'll confirm everything by email before our delivery partner contacts you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Our specialist furniture delivery service is carried out by a dedicated one-person furniture courier.
To help ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask that a capable adult is available to assist the driver with larger furniture items where required. Delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance of your property.
Many of our customers find this service quick, efficient and an excellent value option for larger furniture deliveries.
PREMIUM TWO-PERSON DELIVERY / ASSEMBLY
For complete peace of mind, we also offer a premium two-person delivery / assembly service on many of our larger furniture pieces.
Our experienced team will carefully deliver your furniture, position it in the room of your choice and professionally assemble it where applicable, leaving you free to simply enjoy your new purchase.

SELF-ASSEMBLY
Some furniture, including selected dining tables, is supplied flat-packed to ensure safe transportation. Where self-assembly is required, comprehensive instructions and all necessary fittings are included, making assembly straightforward.

We're delighted to deliver throughout most of mainland UK.

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER
You're very welcome to collect eligible purchases from our Marlow, Buckinghamshire showroom during our normal opening hours.
As some items are stored at separate warehouse locations, we recommend contacting us before travelling so we can ensure your order is prepared and ready for collection.
Please note that large furniture and bulky items are available by delivery only.
Antique Hand-Carved Limestone Trough
Full of age, texture and beautifully weathered character, each of these antique stone troughs is a unique piece with a wonderfully sculptural presence.
Hand carved from a single solid piece of limestone, every trough bears the irregularities, tool marks, softened edges and natural surface variation that have developed through years of use and exposure to the elements. Their substantial form and wonderfully timeworn patina give them an authenticity that simply cannot be replicated in newly made pieces.
Originally created as practical vessels, these antique troughs now make striking decorative planters for both traditional and contemporary gardens. Fill with herbs, ferns, seasonal planting or trailing greenery, or leave unplanted to appreciate the simplicity and texture of the stone itself.
Their understated, architectural quality allows them to sit beautifully beside an entrance, on a terrace, within a courtyard or amongst more informal garden planting.
As genuine antiques, each trough is entirely individual. Variations in shape, colour, dimensions, surface texture, weathering, historic markings and areas of natural erosion are all part of their character and story.
Please note: These are antique, hand-carved limestone pieces and therefore signs of considerable age and previous use should be expected. Weathering, chips, marks, uneven surfaces, lichen staining, discolouration and historic wear are considered part of their unique appeal rather than imperfections.
Due to the substantial weight of this antique limestone trough, approximately 100kg, delivery is kerbside only. Our delivery team will not be able to position the trough inside your property, courtyard or garden, so please ensure suitable assistance is available to move it safely into place after delivery.
